CRANBERRY GINGER CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS

I love that both posts I've shared so far here are booze related, and of course I'm pregnant. Don't worry, these recipes are some tried and true favorites, no champagne right now for this momma. But all that aside Happy New Year's Eve everyone!  I thought I'd share a super quick and easy signature cocktail recipe just in case you're hosting a party and you have no idea what to serve.  This one is champagne based of course, with a little extra splash of flavor provided by cranberries and ginger!

Here's what you'll need:

Champagne mini bottles are preferrable (I used dry to off set the sweetness of the other ingredients)

Cranberry cocktail

Ginger beer

Optional: Fresh cranberries for garnish.

It’s fun to use mini bottles of champagne for this cocktail because you can make as many or as few as you like as the night goes on.  This drink, as most champagne cocktails is best in small or single batches.  You don’t want to make it too far in advance and lose all your bubbles!  Pour about 3/4 of a bottle of glass full of champagne.  Add a generous splash of cranberry juice, and a generous splash of ginger beer.  You can customize your cocktails to how much ginger or cranberry your guests like.  Garnish and serve.  Easy!

Also these adorable party picks are a DIY. Bamboo skewers, and gold tinsel yarn. Simply cut skewers to size, and hot glue the yarn to the ends. Walah!

I feel like, no matter how you're celebrating a signature cocktail always makes a party feel extra special.

Cheers to 2020!
